Welcome to RevLove.TV. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RevLove.TV website, mobile applications, video content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

You may use RevLove.TV for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes.

You may not:

  • reproduce, redistribute, sell, publicly display, or commercially exploit RevLove.TV content without authorization;

  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls or content restrictions;

  • attempt to obtain unauthorized access to paid or restricted content;

  • interfere with the operation or security of the Service;

  • reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;

  • use automated systems to improperly scrape, download, or extract substantial portions of the Service; or

  • use RevLove.TV in violation of applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the videos, graphics, logos, text, artwork, software, and other materials provided through RevLove.TV are owned by or licensed to Revelation of Love or its respective content providers.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of such intellectual property to you.

7. Third-Party Services

RevLove.TV relies on third-party technology and service providers to provide portions of the Service, including video hosting and delivery, authentication, infrastructure, and other technical services.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

RevLove.TV may also contain links that take you to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, or practices of websites we do not operate.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep RevLove.TV available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Content, features, and availability may occasionally be modified, interrupted, or discontinued because of maintenance, technical problems, licensing considerations, or other operational needs.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

You may request deletion of your RevLove.TV account through the account-deletion method provided within the RevLove.TV application or website.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required, including records needed for financial transactions, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or security.

11. Disclaimer

RevLove.TV is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that every feature or item of content will always be available or that the Service will always operate without interruptions or errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revelation of Love and those involved in operating RevLove.TV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by applicable law.

Continued use of the Service following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
