Revelation of Love (“Revelation of Love,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, and disclosed when you use RevLove.TV, including the RevLove.TV website, mobile applications, video services, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use RevLove.TV.
Account Information
When you create or use a RevLove.TV account, we may process information including your:

account identifier;
authentication status; and
other basic account information you choose to provide.
RevLove.TV uses third-party authentication technology, including Google Firebase Authentication, to help securely authenticate users. Authentication credentials are processed by our authentication provider as necessary to provide the authentication service.
Subscription, Purchase, and Content-Access Information
We may process information about subscriptions, purchases, or other content entitlements associated with your account in order to determine which RevLove.TV programs you are authorized to access.
Our video and subscription services use Vimeo OTT and related Vimeo services. RevLove.TV may communicate with Vimeo OTT to determine whether an account is entitled to access particular videos, series, or other content.
Complete payment-card information is handled by the applicable payment processor or platform and is not stored by RevLove.TV.
Watchlist and Preferences
If you use features such as the RevLove.TV Watchlist, we may store information about the videos or series you add so that your selections can remain associated with your account.
Technical and Device Information
When you use RevLove.TV, we and our service providers may automatically process certain technical information necessary to deliver, secure, and maintain the Service. This may include:
IP address;
device and operating-system information;
application version;
network and request information;
authentication events;
identifiers used for authentication or security;
error and diagnostic information; and
other technical information required to operate the Service.
Video and Service Activity
When you request or view RevLove.TV content, information necessary to deliver and authorize that content may be processed. This can include the video or series requested, whether your account is authorized to access it, and technical information associated with delivering the content.
Our video-service providers may also process viewing and device activity in accordance with their applicable privacy practices.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
create and authenticate RevLove.TV accounts;
maintain signed-in sessions;
provide videos and other content;
determine whether users are entitled to access restricted content;
maintain watchlists and user preferences;
provide customer support;
secure accounts and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse;
diagnose errors and maintain the reliability of RevLove.TV;
administer purchases and subscriptions;
comply with applicable legal obligations; and
protect Revelation of Love, RevLove.TV, our users, and our services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service Providers
We use third-party companies and services to operate RevLove.TV.
These currently include services provided by Vimeo/Vimeo OTT for video hosting, delivery, customer and content-entitlement services, and related streaming functionality, and Google Firebase/Google Cloud for functions including account authentication and backend application infrastructure.
These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.
We require personal information entrusted to service providers to be handled consistently with applicable privacy and security requirements.
Payments
Purchases and subscriptions may be completed through external websites, Vimeo OTT, payment processors, or applicable platform providers.
RevLove.TV does not store your complete credit- or debit-card number within the RevLove.TV application.
Payment providers process payment information according to their own applicable privacy policies and terms.
We may receive information indicating whether a purchase or subscription is active and which content that purchase or subscription permits you to access.
Cookies and Website Technologies
The RevLove.TV website and websites used to provide RevLove.TV content may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, account sessions, preferences, security, analytics, or other purposes disclosed on the applicable website.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may prevent portions of the website from functioning correctly.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate RevLove.TV, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain security.
Information maintained by third-party service providers may also be subject to their applicable retention practices.
When an account-deletion request is completed, we will request or perform deletion of personal information associated with the account that we are not legally or operationally required to retain.
Certain information may remain temporarily in backups or systems operated by our service providers according to their normal deletion and backup-retention processes.
Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your RevLove.TV account using the Delete Account option provided within the RevLove.TV application.
The application will direct you to our account-deletion process. We may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request to prevent unauthorized deletion of another person’s account.
Account deletion is intended to remove your RevLove.TV account and personal information associated with that account that Revelation of Love is not legally required to retain.
Because portions of RevLove.TV are provided through third-party services, processing a deletion request may require us to request deletion from those service providers.

RevLove.TV provides Christian and family-oriented programming, but the RevLove.TV account service is not designed for the purpose of knowingly collecting personal information from children in violation of applicable children’s privacy laws.

Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
RevLove.TV also relies on established service providers for authentication, cloud infrastructure, and video delivery.
No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security, however, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or disclosure will never occur.
International Processing
Some of the service providers used to operate RevLove.TV may process information in locations other than the location where you live. Where applicable, such processing is subject to appropriate legal and contractual protections.
External Websites
RevLove.TV may link to websites and services that Revelation of Love does not operate. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies rather than this Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as RevLove.TV, our service providers, or applicable requirements change.
