Account & Sign-In Help

If you are having trouble signing in, please make sure you are using the same email address associated with your RevLove.TV account.

When contacting us about an account issue, please include the email address associated with your account and a brief description of the problem. Please never send us your password.

Video Playback & App Issues

If a video is not playing correctly or you experience a problem with the RevLove.TV app, please include:

  • The name of the video or series

  • The device you are using

  • A brief description of what happened

  • Any error message you received

This information will help us troubleshoot the issue.

Purchased Content & Subscriptions

Access to paid RevLove.TV content is based on the purchases or subscriptions associated with your account. If you believe you should have access to content that appears locked, please contact us with the email address associated with your RevLove.TV account and the name of the affected content.

Please do not send payment card information through a support form or email.
